Meet Our Team

Roland Boucher, President, owns and operates Boucher Energy Systems. Roland has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including 28 years as an HVAC teacher at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational High School in Upton, Massachusetts. Roland currently serves on the board of directors of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). Roland is NATE Certified.

Joel Boucher, Roland's oldest son is Vice President and carries out the sales and coordinates most of the job installations. Joel has worked with his dad since the early 1980's.

Pamela Morrissette works alongside Roland and Joel helping with the day-to-day administrative and sales activities in the office. She is in the office from 8:00 to 4:00 each day - and keeps the office running smoothly - from scheduling and dispatch to proposals and invoicing. Additionally, Pam implemented and maintains our new online store, www.worldclasshvacproducts.com.

Steve Taylor has been working with Boucher Energy Systems since the early 1980's and is our Installation Foreman. His team includes technicians who have all been with us for a total of over 22 years. Steve is NATE Certified.

Stephen Cammuso has returned to Boucher Energy Systems as the Service Manager and Commercial Installation and Service Technician.

Chris Remillard began working with Boucher Energy Systems in 1996 while in Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational High School through a co-op program. Upon graduating in 1997 he started working full time with us. Chris is NATE Certified.

Matthew Teed started working for Boucher Energy Systems during his co-op program with Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational High School. Upon graduation in 2001 he began working full time for Boucher Energy. Matt is NATE Certified and recently passed the Oil Burner Certification Test.

Justin Snow started working for Boucher Energy Systems in 2003 and takes charge of many of our installations.

Jeremy Pouliot started working for Boucher Energy Systems in the Spring of 2005 while in Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational High School through a co-op program. Upon graduation in 2006, he started working full time with us on our installation team.

Tim Gomes began working for Boucher Energy Systems in June of 2008. He is a great addition to our installation team.

Kyle Sohigian also began working for Boucher Energy Systems in June of 2008 as a part of our service team. He has been working in the HVAC industry for just over 10 years and always has the customer's best interests in mind. He recently obtained his Oil Burner License through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Chris Morris began working for Boucher Energy Systems in November 2009 through the Co-op program at Blackstone Valley Regional Technical High School. Upon is graduation in 2010, Chris then began working for us on a full-time basis.
